Thank you

I'm Ryan Sanders, and I'm ready to clean up the mess in Washington. No more politics-as-usual: the people of the 19th district deserve better.

I have yard signs and bumper stickers. If anyone wants them let me know with an email message. We need to make sure they get out in the right spots (your yard) so I'm asking everyone for a $5 investment OR an hour of phone banking calls and we'll get them to you. Thanks!!!

Replace Platts
Letter to the Editor at ydr.com York Daily Record 8-20-2010
  • Isn't it time for career politician Todd Platts to find another career? While he's collected more than $1.5 million in salary since 2001, we, his constituents, have suffered from his lack of leadership.

What has he done in 10 years he's been in Washington? Can anyone think of any major accomplishments?

Sure, he might have a pleasant demeanor, and that might be great if you're a Walmart greeter, but when someone is collecting a $175,000 taxpayer-funded salary, you expect to see some results eventually.

If Mr. Platts is the champion of the private sector, as he claims, maybe he should try working there for once in his life.
