I'm Ryan Sanders, and I'm ready to clean up the mess in Washington. No more politics-as-usual: the people of the 19th district deserve better.
I have yard signs
and bumper stickers. If anyone wants them let me know with an email message. We need to make sure they get out in the right spots (your yard) so I'm asking everyone for a
$5 investment OR an hour of phone banking calls and we'll get them to
you. Thanks!!!
Please contact us at info@ryansanders.com if you would like to have Ryan attend an event in your area.

Why I Am Running
My name is Ryan Sanders. I am a 10th generation central Pennsylvanian. I grew up on a small farm close to the Susquehanna River. With a family rooted in York and Adams County you can expect that I was taught the Central Pennsylvania traits of frugality, respect for others and a strong work ethic. I am a small business owner with two small businesses that have created or support 12 jobs.
I am not a politician. As the campaign proceeds you will see me stumble. You will watch me put my foot in my mouth. You will hear my passion. You will learn about my successes. You will learn that I spent 2 years without health insurance. You will learn that my businesses have struggled during this recession. You will learn that I have a lot of the same daily headaches the everyday American has. I worry about paying the mortgage and about other bills like too many of us. I worry about providing for my family and myself like all of us.

190,000 Miles
My car is 18 years old. It has 190,000 miles on it. The heat doesn’t work, the windshield washer is broken, the ceiling is falling in and the engine is burning oil. I also own an old property; when the pipes freeze, I fix them;, if painting needs to be done, I do it. I shovel my sidewalk when it snows.
I am a businessman. My businesses are small but hardy. I have a lot of debt and a lot of headaches. I worry about meeting payroll. I worry about paying the mortgage and about my debt. I worry about providing for my family. I make sales calls every day and get hung up on. But through my businesses I support or directly create 12 jobs.

State of the Union Comment
The State of the Union is clear. We are frustrated. We are tired, We are afraid. We have spent too long with leadership that ran up huge budget deficits, engaged in expensive wars and led our economy to the brink of disaster. We now must all come together to cooperate and return to the basic principles that make our country great: democracy and freedom.
President Obama gave the State of the Union address on Wednesday night and the American people watched, waiting to hear how we will fix the many problems bedeviling our great nation. What we heard was the direction and the vision. We need to now implement it.
